If you have an issue we can address, we’ll do our best to have at least one of our team members there to address it within one hour of notifying us. And when you do notify us, you’ll be greeted with a personal assistant, no answering services, 24/7. And your personal operations manager will make a weekly visit to your facility to check on things and be proactive on addressing issues before you even know there are issues. Safety has always been a primary focus here at Fernic. We’ve always focused upon the care of our team members, not just for their sakes, but for yours as well. Some of the cleaning agents must be dealt with carefully, even though they’re Green Clean compliant. So we’re always telling our operations managers to ensure that safety is always first. Each of our team members is issued what we call a PPE, or personal protection equipment, again to ensure that safety remains the ultimate priority as we all do our work in cleaning your facilities.
