Fernic Building Maintenance was founded in 1992 with Luis Pardo, company owner, doing the actual cleaning of the initial accounts he was awarded, along with some associates who are still with our company. Luis is a minority business owner, thus, Fernic is a certified member of Historically Underutilized Businesses, Frisco Chamber of Commerce and the United States Green Building Council. Our skilled personnel and developed aptitude have enabled us to become one of the leading providers of janitorial services for automobile dealerships in the state of Texas, caring for over 100 dealerships across the state with our now more than 600 employees. We also have an ancillary equipment company that gives us the ability to use the very latest technology our industry has to offer in equipping the facilities we clean. Because we realize that our employees are far and away the most vital reflection of our company's standards, we place significant importance on hiring, training, and supervising our quality staff. A project manager supervises our uniformed employees, and area operations managers manage geographic groupings of facilities.
